Who we are

This website is operated by J&A BuniStack (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information collected through it. You can contact us about privacy at hello@jabunistack.com.

What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run this website and respond to you:

  • Inquiry details. When you use the project inquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, the service you are interested in, your timeline, and your message.
  • Emails you send us. The content of any message you send to our published addresses, and your email address.
  • Analytics, only with consent. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics records how pages are used, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an anonymised IP address, device and browser type. Nothing is collected for analytics unless you accept.
  • Technical logs. Our hosting provider processes request data such as IP address, browser, and requested URL to deliver and protect the site.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, payment details or sensitive personal data through this website.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry and discuss a potential project with you.
  • To prepare a proposal or agreement if you ask us to.
  • To understand which parts of the site are useful, where you have consented to analytics.
  • To keep the website secure and available, and to prevent abuse of the inquiry form.
  • To meet legal obligations where they apply.

Cookies and local storage

We do not set analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept analytics. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) so we do not ask again on every page.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visits. Advertising features are never enabled. You can change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the site footer, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Our website hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), which delivers the site and filters malicious traffic.
  • Our email delivery provider, which carries inquiry form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google, for analytics, only if you have accepted analytics.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

International transfers

We work remotely with clients worldwide, and our service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses, to protect your information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if a project follows, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required for legal or accounting purposes. Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted once they are no longer needed to respond to you. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting in our analytics account.

How we protect it

The site is served only over encrypted connections. Inquiry submissions are validated on our server and delivered as plain-text email; they are not stored in a website database. Access to our inboxes and provider accounts is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • object to or restrict how we use it;
  • receive a copy in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent you have given; and
  • complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@jabunistack.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our practices change, and revise the date at the top of the page. Please also read our terms of service.
