Who we are

J&A BuniStack is a global software development and digital transformation company building custom software, e-commerce platforms, AI automation, and secure cloud solutions for businesses worldwide.

We work with businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools, or a website that no longer represents them. Our job is to understand how the business really runs, then build the software, automation, and infrastructure that removes the friction.

We collaborate with clients across time zones using remote-first delivery, documented communication, and structured handovers — so location is never a barrier to working together.

Every stage exists to answer a question before it becomes expensive. You always know what is happening, what comes next, and what has been decided.

Most projects move through all seven stages. Smaller engagements may compress several into a single delivery cycle.

    Turn findings into a scoped, costed plan.

    You receive a defined scope, architecture direction, delivery milestones, and commercial shape — so expectations are explicit on both sides before development begins.

    Design

    Design the experience and the system together.

    We design the interface and the underlying data model in parallel, because how a system is structured determines what the interface can do.

    Develop

    Build in reviewed, working increments.

    Work proceeds in short cycles with reviewable progress. You can see and use what has been built throughout, rather than waiting for a single delivery at the end.

    Test

    Verify behaviour, security, and performance.

    Automated tests, accessibility checks, security review, and real-device performance testing are carried out before anything reaches production.

    Launch

    Deploy carefully and verify in production.

    We deploy with rollback available, confirm monitoring and alerts are working, and verify the live environment behaves as tested.

    Improve

    Measure, maintain, and extend.

    After launch we track how the system performs in real use, resolve issues, and plan improvements against what the business actually needs next.

  8. Then we repeat

    Improvement loops back into discovery. What we learn in production shapes what we plan next.
